At Kuska, we process fabrics hand-woven by craftsmen in-house into ties and scarves.
We offer free maintenance services (repairs) that repair free of charge, such as loose stitching that has come out after a long time or splashing of threads that have caught on something.
The fabric is weave and the repairs are performed by craftsmen who understand the organization in the best possible way.
Please use our maintenance service to ensure that you can use the Kuska Fabric products you have chosen for a long time and clean life. This is one of the "Re:kuska" projects that was born from the desire to cherish things.

Target status
- The thread is hooked and pops out
- The thread on the back of the stitching is loose or broken
- The fabric and the core inside are twisted, etc.
Unable to repair
- Fabric stains (please consult a cleaning shop first)
- Fabric wear out (please consult us in advance as we may be able to fold and hide the relevant area)

*Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
*Since we will be sending it to you, it will be a problem if it is sent compactly.
*Please do not include it in a gift box as it may affect the shipping fee when returning the item.
*Returns will be made by cash on delivery via Sagawa Express for more than three ties and stoles. (Prices vary depending on region and size)
*If there are less than two ties, cash on delivery will be made by Yu-Packet. The price is 396 yen nationwide.
